 David Gaines  

Highly motivated and goal orientated HR Practitioner with excellent training, consultancy and negotiation skills. Comprehensive and current knowledge of employment law and its practical application; excellent track record of change management, evaluating and meeting companies HR, training and workforce development needs and delivering a professional, quality service within budget. Innovative and experienced manager with strong leadership and motivational skills.

David has extensive experience in Personnel Management and Training and Development gained over a period in excess of 25 years. During that time he has been employed by a number of Government Departments and Agencies and latterly in the private sector.  

David has experience of casework dealing with disciplinary matters including Employment Tribunal preparation and legal proceedings, setting up new systems, particularly succession planning and training and development, and dealing with the motivational issues of concern to staff. He has extensive experience of Industrial Relations and has negotiation experience with a number of major Trades Unions. He has been actively involved in the development and implementation of mentor schemes and providing training programmes for mentors.

David has presented his experiences at International and National Conferences and to the Work Foundation (previously known as the Industrial Society) as well as publishing in the professional press.

Ned Seabrook Associate

Ned is an enthusiastic Learning and Development specialist who is adept at liaising at all levels including Senior Management and Board level. He has experience of finance,  management and staff development at all levels and can deliver a range of people development programmes through a variety of methodology. He is passionate about delivering training that makes a difference but can also see the wider picture and provide advice and experience to improve business as a whole. 

Ned runs an independent management consultancy focusing on people and organisations through a combination of coaching, facilitation, development and training. He can deliver a range of management seminars and business workshops to suit particular requirements.

Fiona Harwood Associate

Fiona is a commercially focussed HR professional with a proven track record across a number of sectors including hospitality, manufacturing and insurance services where she has delivered agreed results in within short time scales. Fiona demonstrates strong planning and organisational skills as well as expertise in leading change projects. She has in depth understanding of employment law and its practical application and experience of European employment legislation and working practices 

Fiona has an MA in personnel Management and is a Chartered Member of CIPD.

Karen Rex Associate

A business focused, competent and flexible human resources, learning and development professional, who works across staff development, recruitment and employee relations. Karen is a Fellow of CIPD and the Institute for Learning and  currently studying for an MBA . I have experience in the public and private sectors and act as a partner to organisations that are looking to improve the way that they support and develop their staff.
